Your event isn’t just another event. It’s THE EVENT!! As an event planning professional, I have planned everything from political fundraisers to volunteer appreciation events to a county fair. This past year, I took on one of the most important events I’ve ever done — my own daughter’s wedding!! I quickly came to understand that today’s weddings are full on events. Some lasting multiple days. Some extending multiple locations. And most, now incorporating venues, vendors, and a high level of organization and time to manage it all. That is what I can offer you. And as a mom who recently went through all of the steps you are now beginning I can offer understanding and lend you my experience both as a wedding consultant and as a mom.

My business specializes in the Austin/Washington/Fayette/Colorado/Waller counties of Texas. I know these venues, their staffs, and the vendors who work in our area. I can make the visits you may not have time for (or may not really need to make) in order to guarantee every detail of your day is just the way you planned!

Coordinator or Consultant

As defined in the industry, a Coordinator usually begins working with you about a month out and will be the point of contact for all vendors the day of your event. A Planner handles the details of the event from early on in the process to when the Coordinator takes over.

At Wineglass Occasions, we are a Consulting service offering aspects of both as detailed in our packages. Of course, Coordination can be added. We want to be as helpful as desired to making sure your event goes as spectacularly as possible!
